Conference Information
Registration
Please pre-register via our online form. Workshop registration will be open from 7 - 9 PM on April 25th (Monday) at the Aspen Center for Physics.
Registration conference fee will be $350 payable at registration.
Conference Venue
The workshop will take place at the Aspen Center for Physics from April 26 to 30, 2005.

Recent Information: The Aspen Meadows Resort has notified us that they prefer if we either fax in a room reservation using their Hotel Reservation Form (in either Word or PDF format) or make the reservation by phone in order to make sure that you get our group rate.

Reservations need to be made at least 30 days before the conference is to start (the deadline is March 26th!) and attendees must identify themselves as attending the workshop "Physics At The End Of The Cosmic Ray Spectrum" in order to get the negotiated rate.
Those contacting Aspen Meadows within 30 days of the workshop may not be able to get a room
and are likely to have to pay a higher price for the room.
Prior to the 30 day cut-off, the guaranteed rate is:
- Single Occupancy $87.00
- Double Occupancy $50.00
Rates quoted above are non-commissionable, net rates, subject to tax, which is currently 9.6%.
Rooms may also be reserved for 3 days before and/or 3 days after the workshop at the same rate.
- Transportation To Hotel
Workshop attendees should give Aspen Meadows their arrival and departure information. Aspen Meadows will provide transportation to and from the Aspen Airport.
Workshop Proceedings
It is anticipated that the workshop proceedings will be published in the
Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

- Suggested length of submissions:
- 20 minute talk = 5 pages
- 25 minute talk = 6 pages
- 30 minute talk = 7 pages
