The Aspen Meadows Resort has notified us that they prefer if we either fax in a room reservation using their Hotel Reservation Form (in either Word or PDF format) or make the reservation by phone in order to make sure that you get our group rate.
Don't forget to mention that you will be there for the
workshop "Physics at the End of the Galactic Cosmic Ray Spectrum".
